Request an RMA
Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Pack Your Item
Securely place the device and all original cables, power adapters, and documentation into the original product box and shipping carton.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our California-based distribution center via a tracked carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
